Andreas Ziemer Elektronik sells Teletext Inserters for the semi professional use. Their model is the [VTC-552]. It displays it's configuration on page 197. Their main market seems to be special Pay-TV systems for hotels and hospitals.
The Austrian TV station [PULS4] uses one in version 2.10 with a serial number of 0000. The Internal IP is 172.16.99.2
Header lines in old firmware versions hint that i was used by the now defunct Berlin TV station [Fernsehen Aus Berlin].
