CebraText is a free Windows teletext editor by Cebra.dk, available as part of a software pack distributed with their PCI Teletext Data Generator and Inserter Card.
The editor, along with the other Cebra programs, runs on Windows 9X, NT, 2K & XP.
In 2006, CebraText was used by Lektrolab in their VBI Microtel project, which invited the public to make teletext pages to be shown on three services in the Netherlands.
