The TTI format was created by MRG Systems for use with their MiniTED and TED Scheduler products.
It is the page format used by Peter Kwan's VBIT and VBIT2 teletext inserter projects, and wxTED editor.
VBIT2 interprets a number of extensions in addition to the original format to support the additional packet types and encodings for higher level teletext pages. These extensions are documented on the VBIT2 wiki.
