Edit.tf is the original browser based teletext page editor, created by Simon Rawles. Edit.tf is licensed under the GPL, the source is available on github.

The editor stores all data for the page being edited in the URL fragment identifier, meaning that nothing is stored on the web server, and the page can be used offline. The URL can be bookmarked or copied to save and share the code for a page.

Pages can be exported in raw binary format, EP1 format, MRG TTI format, or as a PNG image.

Edit.tf uses the Philips SAA5050 font, and can be switched to use the German, Swedish, Italian, Belgian, ASCII, Hebrew, or Cyrillic variants.

Despite using the SAA5050 font, the editor does not emulate that device's incorrect implementation of hold mosaics. It also permits the use of foreground black.
